Reporting a Problem

If you're experiencing a problem with DigRail, please report your problem by e-mail, including the following details:

1. Version of DigRail (e.g. DigRail 1.0D)
2. Operating System you are using
3. Description of problem
4. If problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to cause it
5. If the problem is not reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), please describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed.
6. If the problem causes any error messages to appear, please write down the exact text displayed.
7. Please provide your name and e-mail address, if different to the sender's name given with your e-mail.
